Shipping policy
Where we ship: anywhere in the United States. We're not shipping internationally yet.
How fast we pack: orders go out within 1-2 business days. We're a household, not a warehouse, so orders placed on a weekend or a holiday ship the next business day.
What it costs:
- Standard Shipping - $6.95, 3-5 business days. Free on orders of $25 or more.
- Express - $15.00, 1-2 business days.
Both counts start when the order ships, not when you place it.
How squishy and gel toys travel: these are soft, air-filled or gel-filled items and they are sensitive to pressure and heat. We pack them in a protective mailer and we do not compress them. Once a parcel leaves us, how it is handled and how hot the truck gets are outside our control. If one arrives split, leaking or misshapen, that is covered - see our return policy, and send us a photo within 48 hours.
Tracking: you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is made. If it sits still for a day or two, that's usually just a late carrier scan.
If it goes missing: once a package is with the carrier it's out of our hands, but we won't leave you holding it. Email us and we'll open a trace and work it out with you.
Wrong address: we ship exactly to the address on the order. Catch a typo? Email us right away and we'll fix it before the label prints.
